If a change is indeed supposed to take place (life mission specific), it will emerge on its own, not as a decision fork. It will push you in the right direction. Mental prompts and thoughts have attention seeking and energy draining purpose. Observe them.
Become aware of them without losing track of breath awareness.
Know them, but do not get involved in them (physical or emotional involvement) and take action.
Such actions might be impulsive and result in unintended consequences.
