Steps to bring about change:
1. Introspect and contemplate to arrive at clarity on desired state.
a. Personal
(i) Physical
(ii) Cognitive
(iii) Emotional 
(iv) Psychological 
(v) Energy (Prana)
(vi) Spiritual (Adhyatmic)
b. Work
c. Social
d. Family
2. Backward design and define workflow 
3. Change management 
a. Small incremental micro changes. Fit them in the current routine workflow. Once successfully and consistently incorporated, step up the changes or add an additional change.
