Dynamic self motivation and self management practices

When one is experiencing a low energy (low prana) or imbalanced state due to extensive involvement in multiple narratives, following steps can help motivate, rebalance and regulated oneself:
1. Breath awareness + aloof attention to the play of narratives
2. Nature walk
3. Take a shower (cold water/hot water as per season)
4. Subtle breath work + listen to the sounds 
5. Kriya yoga
6. Swara yoga
7. Relax. Better sleep for some time.
8. Music (vocal/instrumental) practice 
9. Swadhyaya (read spiritual treatises)
10. Meditation (6 step Nirmal Dhyan)
