Life journey: what does not help and what does help

  1. What does not help:
    1. Getting involved in engrossed in conflicting thoughts.
    2. Getting provoked and reacting in the face of triggers.
    3. Persistent confusion and indecisiveness.
    4. Giving up in the face of complexity.
    5. Minimal efforts to consolidate fragmented ideas/thoughts.
    6. Paralyzed in the face of paradoxical insights.
    7. Low morale.
    8. Low self motivation.
    9. Negative attitude.
    10. Giving in to the urge to run away.
    11. Surrendering to the persistent urge/incident thoughts to give up.
  2. What does help:
    1. Hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
    2. Knowing that the best way is through.
    3. Learning attitude.
    4. Intention to contribute.
    5. Practicing appropriateness.
    6. Detachment.
    7.  Aloof attention (Awareness).
